枝豆と白根きゅうり(#1)のポテトサラダ
素揚げ新じゃがとウインナーのカレー粉炒め

#1：白根とは、自分自身の根で生えている、と言う意味です。
つまり、接ぎ木をしていない、ということ。
今の農業では、根が丈夫な品種と実が多くなる品種を接いで、
病害虫に強く安定的に収量を上げようという接ぎ木が当たり前で、
家庭菜園でも接ぎ木苗を選びましょうと指南される。

白根の野菜は、根の力と実をならす力のバランスが合っているので
その野菜本来の味がするのです。

残念ながら、G+ では「白根」に気付いてくれる人はいなかったので補足。
