門松 - 歳寒三友
The New Year's decoration at the Shinto shrine
私が風邪を理由に腐りかけていた頃、
神社ではすでに新年を迎える準備が整っていました。
神社の門松の松と竹を支柱にくくり付ける縄は、
下から七重・五重・三重(陽数=割れない数)に巻かれ、
その結び目は竹・梅・松を表している（たぶん）。
冬でも青々と茂る松や天に高く伸びる竹、雪の中でも花を付ける梅、
今では慶事のシンボルである松・竹・梅だけど、元は
人の生き方の理想を自然のありようになぞらえたもの。
凡人もせめて一年に一度は心新たに生き方を見直そう
ってのが初詣、なのかもしれないね。で、いつ行く？

暦(数字)を基準に動いてるのは人間だけだから
そう言うんだね。
巡る季節を紡いでひとつ世代を繋いでゆく、
今この瞬間に撮りたいものがあるのに、
新しいカメラを買ったら、なんて二度と来ないのよ。

来年の話をすると鬼が笑うって言うけどね、

今この瞬間に撮りたいものがあるのに、

シュウカイドウ科 Begoniaceae シュウカイドウ属(ベゴニア属) Begonia
逆光で花弁を透かすように撮るとキラキラ感が増します。
花弁の表面というより組織が光ってる感じです。
お気付きと思いますが、花弁の大きさが違います。
この花は朝開いて夕方には閉じるのですが(開閉運動)
大きい花弁が小さい方を包み込んで閉じるので、
ピンク色の二枚貝のようです。(蕾も同形)

シュウカイドウ科 Begoniaceae シュウカイドウ属(ベゴニア属) Begonia
逆光で花弁を透かすように撮るとキラキラ感が増します。
花弁の表面というより組織が光ってる感じです。
お気付きと思いますが、花弁の大きさが違います。

一週間ほど前、某所にて「ここ２年ほど花が咲かない」と
嘆いたとたん花芽が伸びてきて今朝咲きました。
ベゴニア属（シュウカイドウ属）の花は雌雄同株異花で
その中心部はちょっと面白いのですが、明るくないと
花弁が開かないので、それはまたいずれ。
ウチで年内に咲く(完全開花する)花はこれで最後でしょう。

鳥居は御神鶏の止まり木なのだそうですね（諸説あり）。
ここ数日、ひどい風邪をひいていました。（昨日がピーク）
薬が切れると悪寒による体の震えが止まらないのです。
それでもカメラを持つとその間だけは治まるのです。
そして神社の空気の中にいると
神経が研ぎ澄まされるような気がするのです。

よくこの辺りの木の実などを食べに来る（留鳥だけど真夏は見かけない）。
警戒心が強く、ベランダ・バルコニーに出るだけで逃げてしまうので
窓ガラス越しにやっと撮れた。きっと、これがクリスマス・プレゼント？
今年の夏前までは、つがいであろうか (雌雄同色)、
いつも２羽一緒だったのが、この頃は４羽見ることもある。
Wikipedia によれば、日本での生息域は急速に狭まっている反面、
個体数が増えているそうだけど、本当にそうなのかも。
Azure (英語名) と言うほど空色ではないけど、
羽を広げて飛んでいる姿はなかなか美しい。いつの日か撮れるといいな。

ストリームの写真の背景が白・薄いグレーになったのは
許すとしても、縦長や 1:1 の写真も中央部分だけ横長に
カットするのはやめて欲しいなあ。
視覚効果で比が変わって見えるし、隠された(切られた)部分が
重要だったりするんだけどな。
（この写真だって萼・花柄まで意識して撮ってるんだよね）
